First of all, sign up for free on the upper right corner of the homepage of https://www.twitch.tv/.
Click the link USE EMAIL INSTEAD to register.
Now you have to prove, that you’re no robot. 😉
After that, a verification email will be sent to you.
Verify your email address by copy and paste the 6-digit code you’ve received. Please note: You may have to do this 2-step-verification every time you want to log into twitch.tv. Just skip the next steps, you don’t have to subscribe to any channel to get your profile and the 5 free backlinks.
How to create 5 free backlinks on twitch.tv
Now go to the DASHBOARD in the upper right corner and click SETTINGS.
Feel free to customize your profile with a picture, or a banner, write something in the little bio and save it.
Now switch to the section CHANNEL AND VIDEOS.
Scroll down to the section SOCIAL LINKS.
Now add up to five links that will display on your channel profile. You can choose every link you want and give a keyword of your choice. All these links will be highly rated dofollow backlinks from twitch.tv. That’s all, folks!
I would recommend directing the first link to your homepage or blog and the further links to everything that needs a little help with SEO. New profiles, social media channels with outgoing dofollow backlinks, or even your blog articles you would like to give a push. Once this twitch-profile is indexed it will help you get the other links indexed faster with a huge link power.
After finishing go to the MENU and click CHANNEL. You will be referred to your newly created profile on twitch.tv. In my case it is https://www.twitch.tv/backlinkguide. Here you will recognize only two of your five links. If you click on ABOUT you will see all five, just like here: https://www.twitch.tv/backlinkguide/about. This last one is the link we need to share, but it doesn’t hurt to link both.
Don’t care about followers and following, as long as you log in from time to time and change some links it should work.

Of course, you also have to share and publish this link to get it indexed quickly. I’ve already shared it on this page, on lasso.net, protopage.com, AllMyFaves.com, start.me, diigo.com, ProvenExpert.com, and telegram as shown in the last articles. Der einzig relevante Backlinkchecker sollte die kostenlose Google Search Console sein. Leider gibt es da nur ein wöchentliches Update der Erfolge. Wenn die Domain dann bei den Links angezeigt wird ist alles gut. Bei so großen Domains wie twitch.tv dauert das normalerweise etwas.
Für das schnelle indexieren nutze ich all meine kleinen Helfer die in jedem Beitrag unten erwähnt sind. Diese Social Bookmarking Dienste und Landing Pages sorgten bei mir dafür, dass dieser Link innerhalb einer guten Woche in der Search Console sichtbar war. Sie sind ein wichtiger Bestandteil in diesem Link Building Tutorial.:-)

The only relevant backlink checker should be the free Google Search Console. Unfortunately, there is only a weekly update of the achievements. If the domain is then displayed in the links, everything is fine. With domains as large as twitch.tv, this usually takes a while.
For quick indexing, I use all my little helpers that are mentioned in each post below. These social bookmarking services and landing pages ensured that this link was visible in the Search Console within a week or so. They are an important part of this link building tutorial. 🙂
