Today I will show you how to create a free premium dofollow backlink from shutterstock.com, one of the biggest websites for stock images worldwide. This backlink is perfect for photographers, food- and travel bloggers. Of course, you can also upload and sell your amazing pictures to earn some money with them.

First of all, sign up for free here https://contributor-accounts.shutterstock.com/users/new as a contributor. After that, you have to check your mailbox for the confirmation mail and click the confirmation link. Click NEXT to get to the following screen…
Insert your residential address and please use the right one or you will get deleted very soon.
Click on GO TO YOUR DASHBOARD to continue and edit your profile/portfolio.
Now go to the menu in the upper right corner and click on PERSONALIZE MY PORTFOLIO.

Let’s bring some life into your portfolio/user profile at shutterstock.com. You can edit your display name, and the URL and finally insert your homepage or blog. This link will be a powerful dofollow backlink. The social media links are nice to have, but only nofollow. Don’t forget to save changes before you leave.

Like always you have to share and publish this new link to get it indexed as fast as possible. I’ve already shared it on this page, on lasso.net, protopage.com, AllMyFaves.com, start.me, diigo.com, Instapaper.com, dailygram.com, linktr.ee, imgur.com, ello.co, twitch.tv, and telegram as shown in the last articles. All other already existing Social Media Channels with outgoing dofollow links will also be very helpful. But in my link-building tutorial, I will soon show you a lot more free landing pages and profiles where you can publish them with a lot more link juice. This URL could take some time to be indexed.
Check your link building success with the Google Search Console
Don’t forget to check your link-building success from time to time. You can use the Google Search Console to see which domains already give you a fully working backlink if you don’t have a paid tool at ahrefs, XOVI, MOZ, Sistrix, or Searchmetrics. In case you wonder: The link list in the Google Search Console will be updated only once a week. So please stay patient… good SEO needs some time!

How fast can I build these links without getting an algorithmic penalty by google? Not any links indexed yet, but I guess if i put them all on my Social Bookmarking sites they will all get indexed at once. Isn´t that too much? Did you build them all in one day / a few days or did you wait in between? Isn´t it suspect to google if there are only dofollow backlinks of high authority sites in a very short amount of time? Thank you.
Go slow and natural. Creating one link per day will be enough as natural. Also consider to create few no-follow links as well(they are must). Try to submit all of them for tier 2 on weekly basis.

ich verfolge auch mit großer Freude diesen Blog. Vielleicht kann ich helfen?!
Verlinkst du auch die neuen Quellen? Profile werden nicht immer einfach so gecrawlt, sondern man muss die Spider durch einen Link von wo anders darauf aufmerksam machen, von einer Stelle die indexiert und auch schon gecrawlt ist.
Wenn das dann passiert, werden sie auch über die Timeline (damit meine ich jetzt auch Geduld) hinaus als Backlinks für das eigentliche Projekt gewertet. Je besser die neuen Links verlinkt werden, desto schneller passiert dies. Daniel schreibt nicht von ungefähr, dass er die neuen Links verlinkt und zwar von mehr als einer Quelle.

Mir geht es genauso. Ich setze seit Monaten Links (nach den Empfehlungen von hier) und auch bei mir erscheint kein einziger Backlink und das, obwohl ich die regelmäßig anpinge. Sehr frustrierend das Ganze!
Hallo Franny! Google braucht natürlich seine Zeit, aber “seit Monaten” scheint mir ein langer Zeitraum. Hältst Du Dich auch brav an meine Anleitung wie Du die neuen Links pushen sollst? Also über lassso.net, start.me, telegram, etc… Dieser Link hier von shutterstock war dank dieser Methode innerhalb weniger Tage inn ahrefs indexiert. Bei Google seh ich ihn auch noch nicht, aber da braucht man Geduld. Andere wie Zillow, Twitch oder sogar der letzte von ProductHunt waren hingegen sehr schnell in der Search Console.
Hi Daniel, jaja klar…das mache ich alles und wie gesagt, ich pinge die zusätzlich auch noch an via Pingomat & Pingler und das eigentlich wöchentlich, aber was ich als richtig schlimm empfinde, ist die Tatsache, dass das bei AHREFS keinerlei Früchte trägt. Statt dass es endlich einmal mit meinem DR aufwärts geht, geht es stetig bergab. Ich war anfangs bei 24, gerade hab ich nachgeschaut: Ein heftiger Absturz von zuletzt 21 auf 17. Das ist echt zum Heulen, ich frag mich langsam, warum ich mir überhaupt die Mühe mache 🙁
Mein Blog ist schon alt, hab den inzwischen seit mehr als 10 Jahren und anfangs kamen aus Unwissenheit einige Spammy Links zusammen, aber die habe ich in den letzten Jahren kontinuierlich abgebaut (hab oft das Disavow Tool benutzt, wenn ich der Meinung war, dass da was nicht so ganz koscher ist). Im deutschen Raum braucht man sich auch nicht darauf verlassen, dass andere Leute mal freiwillig auf Dich verlinken, wenn sie auf Dich verlinken, dann wird der noch entwertet. Sind zumindest meine Erfahrungen, die ich immer wieder mache, wenn ich auf anderen Blogs unterwegs bin.

also Ahrefs indexiert meine Links relativ schnell und zuverlässig. In der Google Search Console sind auch schon ein paar. Allerdings nur ein kleiner Bruchteil.
Oje, ich bin im Moment ziemlich übel erkältet: Bitte entschuldige meine Fehler! Es sollte heißen “dass das bei ahrefs keine Früchte trägt” und “naja, es soll wohl nicht sein”

Hi Daniel, as I said, I’m here to share the results of what I’m doing. I’m following your tips but for any reason I don’t have backlinks from any of those websites. I did the registration in all of them and nothing, nada, dunno what I’m doing wrong. Anyway I have new backlinks from siteprice I think they are spam links but I did nothing to get them dunno why I have those backlinks. Well I’m following your tips again to see if I find out what I did wrong 😑 and waiting for your new posts. Thanks for all.

Someone got these links indexed? My first 5 links got indexed. Since then im waiting for all new links to show up in search console. 2 months now.
Yes – I have all, for my Site relevant Links from here indexed. The Trick of “fast” indexing is really to crooslink them – via Telegram, Vingle, Start.me, Protopage, AllmyFaves, Instapaper, Wakelet, netvibes, Linktree, ItsmyUrls, Biolinky and so on…..so much more you crosslink and ping them, so much better – as Daniel underline in every new Post here
I did. I have them in 20+ social bookmarking sites which i linked on other sites. Still no showup. Is it maybe a problem if there are too many links on a social bookmarking page? If i have hundreds or thousands of links will google still follow all those backlinks? I think there is a very limited crawl budget. Maybe i posted too many links on those social bookmarking services so google doesn´t follow them anymore. In the beginning indexing worked better. I have a few links indexed in GSC, but the last 20 services like flickr, shutterstock, giphy, disqus and many more just won´t index anymore. I also ping all backlinks and social profiles.
